Book Blog #4: The Baby-Sitters Club NY, NY
Posted on February 25, 2011 at 1:41 pm by lillyhibou and
The Baby-Sitters Club New York New York is about 7 baby-sitters who are traveling to New York to thier friends appartment, Laine (not one of the baby-sitters) and Stacey (one of the baby-sitters). Stacey and Mary Anne get unexpected baby-sitting jobs and Dawn, whos terrified of New York, met someone who shows her around. Kristy finds a dog who she has to find a home for and Jessi (short for Jessica) has her first boyfriend and Mallory and Claudia go to a great art class. I have 3 questions about this and an answer to each one:
1: Why did Kristy take the dog to Laines appartment?
2: Why is Dawn afraid of New York?
3: Why did Claudia hate Mallory for almost the entire trip?
Answers:
1: Because Kristy wanted it at her house
2: Because Dawn heard about murders and burglers that go on in New York
3: Because Claudia and Mallory’s art teacher always said that Mallorys work was great while he said to Claudia that her work is a dump
I think that the series is good for anyone who likes to baby sit.
Book Blog #2: Feary Rebels
Posted on January 24, 2011 at 6:33 pm by lillyhibou and
I read a book called Feary Rebels. It’s about a feary named Briony who discovers a humans house and finds lots of interesting things. Later, with the queens permission, Briony changes her name to Knife and falls into the lap of a human named Parker (i think thats his name i forget). She also trusts him to keep a secret that she never told anyone: Her real name is Parenth. Here are my questions:
#1: Why did Knife trust Parker more than her fellow fearys?
#2: Why did Knife turn into a human in the end?
#3: Why deosn’t Knife listen to anyone?
Here are my answers:
#1: Knife has no friends and Parker didn’t know her as well as any feary.
#2: Knife wanted to be with Parker.
#3:Knife is tired of spending her life in a tree and wants to explore the world.
Thats the book im reading!

Hi my name is Lilly. I love to draw and paint. I like to make stuff like bracelets and earings (i also like wearing them) I hate math and social study’s. I love art and writing (to bad i almost never do those subjects) My best friends are Raven and Victoria. I wish i could do more with my clothes, but i don’t buy my clothes (or chose them) I hate wearing dresses. I have 3 sisters. My hobbies are playing my x box 360, chatting on facebook, playing a game that none of you will know, goofing with my friends, playing my wii with my sisters and torturing my cats, Scully and Bobby. Bobby is very fat and orange and Scully is thin (i don’t like to word skinny either) and black and brown. He can climb the ladder to my bunk bed. My house is right behind my school. I don’t really like what other people call “cool”. It’s not cool for me. I like my own cool. That’s me
Book Blog: The Voyage Of The Dawn Tredor

I’m reading a book called the voyage of the dawn tredor. It’s about 3 kids (Lucy, Edmund and Eustace) who travel through a painting into a magical world called Narnia. They climb aboard a ship called the Dawn Tredor and travel all over Narnia, with some of their old friends (except to Eustace, who have never been to Narnia before) I think that anyone will like it. I also think it’s also a bit funny, daring and full of surprises. The only thing i think i would change about it is how Edmund, Lucy and Eustace get back to their homes. For me it’s to much of a coincidence. I hope you’ll read it some time.
Hello world!
